Gratitude Story from Berlin, Germany

If you wanted to send a thank-you note to someone in your life, who would it be, and what is one of your best memories of that person? “If I were to thank someone, it would be friend of mine. He knows that I really appreciate what he has done for me because I have told him already, but why not to do it again? His name is Javi, I met him through common friends in Buenos Aires. He is from the south of Argentina, and he helped me to get the place where I´m living now. He and his boyfriend used to live in Buenos Aires, but they moved to Bariloche, Argentina, where they bought some land. Last year, I was desperately looking for an apartment. As a Colombian, I was struggling to find a place in Buenos Aires, and on top of that, I had to leave the place where I was living because it was far from my work place, which was the reason I was looking for closer place. One day we were talking, and he told me about their idea to move to Bariloche. I told him that I would rent their place if they offered me the chance. He said he would ask his boyfriend about it, and a few days later, he said it was all good. The best memory that I have with him and his boyfriend, happened two years ago when we rode around the city in a critical mass (many bike riders gathered together to go around the city), and it was SO MUCH fun.” (Berlin, Germany) . . . #gratitude #thanks #positivevibes  #heartsign #storytelling #gratitudeisthebestattitude #kindnessmatters #inspiring #digithanks #gratitudedaily #storyteller #macedonia #thanksfriend

Gratitude Story from Lisbon, Portugal

If you wanted to send a thank-you note to someone in your life, who would it be, and what is one of your best memories of that person? "I would like to send a thank you note to my older brother Alexandre for all the support he has provided when I was young.  It's not simple to choose between all the important people I care about nowadays, but I recognize he played a major role in me becoming the person I am today. “I remember when I was about fifteen or sixteen years old, it was awesome to have him coming for the weekend at our parents’ country house. We'd always shared the attic while growing up, and his return offered us a great opportunity to catch up and talk about everything that was going on in Lisbon. Alexandre was in the music industry—a guitar player starting his own career. I wasn't exactly sure of what I wanted to be at the time and lacked confidence. What happened is that he noticed my indecisiveness, and during the summer holidays asked our parents to let me go on a road trip with him.  Even though our parents were very conservative, they agreed. “That was the turning point. Suddenly we were camping outside and meeting new people regularly. It challenged my temper, challenged my ability to stay calm in new situations. We'd listen to a lot of music in the car, stop by a beach to take a swim, and make a couple of sandwiches for dinner. I had the opportunity to amaze myself in quite a few moments during that period of time, and even though my brother and I undoubtedly knew each other, it was the chance to start understanding each other in a more meaningful way—both our thoughts and aspirations—while making our way down the coast. Back at home, I told my family about some of the highlights of the trip, but noticed something more significant. The boy in me had changed. I was eager for more, and I felt brave. It was with that mindset that I entered university the following year and followed my path until today.” (Lisbon, Portugal) . . . . .#gratitude #thanks #positivevibes  #parentslove #motherlover  #heartsign #storytelling #gratitudeisthebestattitude #kindnessmatters #inspiring #parents #digithanks #gratitudedaily #storyteller #lisbon #portugal

Gratitude Story From Paris

If you wanted to send a thank-you note to someone in your life, who would it be, and what is one of your best memories of that person? "I think it will be the short gratitude story, but this story changed my life. It was one day of my life when I arrived in Paris for the first time. All the day, I had a lot of emotions because before, this city was just in my dreams. For me, it was my biggest dream and it couldn't be true. ⁣ I used to staring at the big picture of the Eiffel Tower on my bedroom wall. Every time I saw that picture, I knew that it was something I needed to see, so I made it happen. In that evening, when I met with my friends in the bar, I met a very smart, handsome and loving gentleman. He is going to be my futures husband, our wedding is next month.⁣ Maybe, you will ask, how I know I made a right marriage choice. My answer is simple, during the suicide bombings attack on Paris, on November 13, 2015 a lot of people died, that tragedy helped us realize we could not live without each other and it was something that could have happened to anyone when it’s least expected.⁣ It was the big first step in our lives when we are started to be something more for each other. This story, I think, can be the story of our future family, for our children.⁣" (Paris, France) .⁣ .⁣ .⁣ #attitudeofgratitude #gratitude #storytelling #grateful #kindness #heartsign #story #goodthoughts #growthmindset #onlygoodvibes #personalgrowth #positiveaffirmations #positiveattitude #positiveenergy #positivelife #positivelifestyle #positiveliving #positivemind #positiveminds #positivemindset #positivemood #positiveselftalk #positivevibes #positivevibesonly #selfgrowth #selftalk #staypositive #thinkhappythoughts #thinkpositive #digithanks ⁣ ⁣ ⁣
